I carry sand, ashes, salt, soil and gold.

I carry little pieces of ocean, desert, earth and mountain, to remind me of the big picture, a break on the road.

“I See Through” is a tribute to perseverance. It is composed of a series of brooches with interchangeable elements, such as sand, salt, ashes, gold, roots and soil, among others.The material of the interchangeable element is meaningful to the owner, and carried inside the brooch, protected, invisible to the eyes of others. It is meant to empower.
